Sacha Serinet joins PlainSail as Head of Support

We are pleased to announce that Sacha Serinet has joined PlainSail as Head of Support.

Sacha brings extensive experience in client-facing technology support, with a background rooted in supporting the trust and corporate services sector. Before joining PlainSail, Sacha spent several years working closely with trust companies to deliver technical support, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and aiming to ensure that day-to-day operations run without interruption.

Why this role matters

As PlainSail’s client base grows, so does the importance of responsive, knowledgeable support. Trust companies rely on their platform daily – when something needs attention, the response has to be fast and informed.

Sacha’s appointment means a dedicated support leader who understands both the technology and the operational context in which it is used. That combination – technical depth and industry familiarity – is what makes the difference between adequate support and genuinely useful support.

What changes for clients

Sacha will oversee the service desk, manage support workflows, and work directly with the development team to prioritise and resolve issues. Clients will continue to raise requests through the existing service desk, with Sacha ensuring that response times, communication, and resolution quality all meet the standard we expect for our clients.
